Due to the nature of our products being digital, we only provide refunds under exceptional circumstances according to the Commerce Commission under New Zealand Law.
We cannot provide refunds under the following circumstances:

you simply change your mind

you thought the product was printed instead of digital

the products did not contain content you liked

you did not cooperate with us in solving downloading and viewing issues

you misused the product or service in any way that contributed to the problem

a problem with a service that was completely outside of the business’ control.
If you would like a refund, please notify us at livingbooktimelines@gmail.com with your contact details and reasons for a refund within 14 days of purchase.
SHIPPING/REFUND POLICY
If the printed posters you ordered arrived damaged, please contact us (livingbooktimelines@gmail.com) and we can discuss a replacement or full refund.
